• Submitting this form does not require payment and does not guarantee that your request will be accepted. After reviewing your information and reference photos, I will contact you with availability, final pricing, deposit amount and an estimated completion date.
• All paintings are handmade in my personal artistic style. Although I will work closely from your reference photos and requested colors, the finished painting will not be an exact photographic reproduction.
• A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before your finished painting is shipped or delivered.
